Mag Mell is a Centre for Mind, Body and Spirit, based in Limerick City, Ireland.

At Mag Mell we strive to help people find joy in their every day lives, by uniting Mind, Body and Spirit.
Yoga and massage are ways of alleviating stress, achieving health and peace of mind - things we desperately need in the demanding society we live in!

Marital Arts will get you in shape and increase your self confidence. Our Marital Arts classes are taught by Sensei Brian Moloney, who has many years of experience in different forms of Martial Arts.

Regular classes are run from our basement studio at 66 O'Connell street, Limerick. We are also available for classes on location in the Limerick area, such as After School Clubs for Yoga and Self Defence. 

The studio is located 4 doors down from the Belltable Theatre, and walking distance from the centre of Limerick. Please keep in mind that there is a paid parking system in operation in Limerick from 9:30 until 17:30, Monday to Saturday.
